Description

In a former filling area of the tank farm of TanQuid in Oberhausen (Bavaria), fuels got underground. The groundwater is polluted by BTEX and, to a lesser extent, MKW. After groundwater and soil air remediation had been carried out over several years, but with a lower  efficiency, Bauer Umwelt carried out a variant analysis with a contamination investigation:

  • data processing former remediation measures
  • variant consideration with cost estimation
  • counciling
  • authority management
  • assesment of soil and groundwater contamination
  • review of the remediation technology
  • groundwater monitoring with sampling
  • documentation
  • risk potential analysis
